Flange Welding Quality

Many customers question whether welded flanges outperform forged welded flanges. While the quality of welded flanges is comparable to forged welded flanges, the most vulnerable aspect of welded flanges is their material quality. While the density of welded flanges is generally considered high, the rough material is rarely inspected during production. Therefore, the quality of welded flanges cannot be guaranteed after production.
